At AURUMVESTI, we are committed to providing a safe and transparent shopping experience. All our products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects.

We also accept returns or exchanges if the product received is different from what was ordered.


1. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or that differs from your order, please contact us by email and provide:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • A clear description of the issue

Our quality team will review your request. Once the analysis is completed, we will contact you by email with the outcome and next steps.

Requests related to manufacturing defects must be submitted within 90 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.


2. Resolution Options

If a defect or issue is confirmed, you may choose one of the following options:

  • A full refund of the amount paid

  • A replacement with the same product

  • A replacement with a product of similar value

  • A store credit to be used on future purchases


3. Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within this period and return the product in unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories.


4. Refund Processing

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds for card payments will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


5. Returns Not Accepted

Returns will not be accepted, and products will be returned to the customer, if:

  • The return was not previously communicated

  • The request was made outside the allowed timeframes

  • The product shows signs of use, damage, or is incomplete

  • Original packaging or included items are missing

In such cases, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


6. Shipping Costs for Returns

AURUMVESTI does not cover return shipping costs for:

  • Change-of-mind returns

  • Refund requests

  • Exchanges for different products

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
