Orders are shipped directly from our suppliers to the customer.

Estimated delivery times range between 10 and 25 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.
2. Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs inspections or import duties depending on local regulations.
Any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
3. Delays & Lost Shipments
We carefully select suppliers who prioritise efficient handling and dispatch times. However, in the event of unexpected delays, we recommend first checking the tracking information provided.
If tracking shows no movement or if the carrier does not have possession of your order, please contact us so we can investigate with our suppliers.
If a confirmed logistics issue is identified and the order cannot be delivered, AURUMVESTI will issue a full refund after the verification process is completed.
4. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email within 5 to 10 business days after order confirmation.
Tracking updates may take a few days to appear once the shipment is in transit.
